    Dr. Gallagher has been with The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) since 2010, and has led hundreds of projects across the public, private, and non-government sectors in this time. Prior to his work at BIT, Rory worked in the UK Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit and the UK Department of Education. Rory has been a Visiting Fellow at he Singapore Civil Service College since 2014, and an Honorary member of the University of Melbourne’s School of Psychological Science since 2018. He is the co-author of ‘Think Small: The surprisingly simple ways to reach big goals’ (2017).
