My name is David Cardenas and I am a designer and sessional academic in the fields of Interactive and Visual Design. I graduated from QUT school of Design in 2021 and throughout my course, I have been awarded twice QUT people’s choice award, IxDA Brisbane Student Pitch award, QUT medal for Exceptional Academic Performance, and DIA Visual Communication Design Graduate of the Year 2022 for Queensland. I am very excited to be part of this research program and to work with the Department of Transport and Main Roads to shape the future of city transport in Brisbane.
